We are happy to offer consultations for customers planning their wedding or event. These are free of charge at our studio in Warwickshire. Please contact us if you would like to arrange a consultation and we will get the tea and cake ready! However many of our customers are from further afield, even International and consultations can take place via email or by telephone.
These are available to purchase for our stationery collections. There is a charge of £10 for stationery samples; if you decide to go ahead with an order then this is deducted from your total order value if it is £100 or over. Please also see our shop where some samples are available to purchase.
BESPOKE DESIGN WORK
We are delighted to offer a bespoke design service for wedding or event stationery. Here at Whimsical Wishes we like a challenge and have worked with many customers to make their vision a reality. There is a bespoke design fee of £25.00 and a minimum order of 10 invitations/units. Custom work can also be undertaken for other items. Most items on our website can be altered to accommodate your colour/theme and can be personalised too. Please see the item listings in our shop or our gallery pages for more information or alternatively feel free to contact us, we love hearing from our customers.
We can provide quotes for custom items or if you require certain quantities of our invitations/ other handmade items. Quotes are valid for one month from the date they are issued.
Please note that the timescales for orders can vary, typically for handmade stationery, bouquets or large orders the timescale is 4-6 weeks from the date of receiving your deposit and design brief/proof being agreed. This is likely to increase at peak times or busy periods. Rush orders may be able to be accommodated. Please do contact us for information. Some items in our shop are ready to purchase and others are made to order please read the listing carefully to establish this and get an idea of when you will receive your item.
Please note that due to the handmade nature of our items that small differences can occur when ordering multiples of the same item, for example invitations. This is to be expected with anything created by hand. We feel that this adds to the overall appeal and aesthetic of our items. Please also note that there may be small differences in the materials used from those pictured on the website this is due to the sourcing of materials, the customer would always be consulted should there be any major discrepancies. Some materials used are authentic vintage items and therefore can be slightly different from those pictured too.
Please ensure that you order enough items when ordering handmade stationery or decorations, especially for bespoke designs. We are often able to accommodate making extra at a later date but are unable to guarantee that they would be exactly the same as the originals purchased due to whether or not we can source the same materials. Every effort would be made to get them as near as possible for you and you would be informed of any discrepancies. It would also depend on our current work schedule as to whether we would be able to accommodate you.
