For items that are in stock and ready to ship, we aim to dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your payment. For made to order items we aim to complete them by the agreed date and ship them as soon as possible upon completion.
Please note that we use Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery service for all orders as this protects both parties in ensuring that your item arrives safely to you. This is a signed for service and typically takes 1-2 working days.
We also offer a Next Day Special Delivery service which is also provided by Royal Mail and requires a signature upon delivery. This arrives by 1pm on the next working day. This service
would need to be used for all rush/express orders.
Some larger/heavier orders may be required to be sent via courier and you would be advised of this at the time of ordering/booking.
Please be advised that tracking can only be provided if you pay to use a tracked postal service.
We are pleased to offer our goods to international customers. Please contact us before placing your order so that we can calculate shipping costs for you. Failure to do so may result in further charges to cover shipping. First class international parcels can take up to four weeks to be delivered.
Please note that any customs charges are the direct responsibility of the customer, not Whimsical Wishes. Your item having to go through your Country’s customs service can delay the parcel arriving with you. Please take this into consideration when ordering your items to allow plenty of time for it to reach you, especially if you items are for a special occasion or event. Whimsical Wishes can not be held responsible for any delays that occur due to customs.
For larger international orders a courier service may need to be utilised, customers would be presented with a choice of shipping options.
No responsibility can be taken if you decide to ship internationally without your goods being tracked or insured.
We pride ourselves on packaging our items to a high standard and every care is taken to protect your items during transit. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit then the responsibility lies with the postal/courier service used and not Whimsical Wishes, however, we would pursue a claim on your behalf.
